    Changes in office hours

    We hereby inform you of temporary changes to the Student Service Center's office hours from June 30, 2026, to July 17, 2026, office hours at the Student Service Center will be:
    - Monday, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
    - Tuesday, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
    - Wednesday – staff can only be contacted via email
    - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
    - Friday – 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

    From July 20, 2026, to August 31, 2026, office hours at the Student Service Center will be:
    - Monday, staff can only be contacted via email
    - Tuesday, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
    - Wednesday – staff can only be contacted via email
    - Thursday, 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
    - Friday – staff can only be contacted via email by e-mail

     

     

    Description of tasks

    • Providing services for full-time first and second cycle students (student services, preparing, issuing and extending plastic ID cards, managing the USOS system, completing stages, managing students' financial obligations, including preparing payment demands, issuing certificates, preparing decisions and resolutions - including deletions, preparing diploma examination transcripts)
    • Printing and issuing diplomas of studies (including duplicates)
    • Handling student internships (schedules, internship logs)
    • Serving graduates (issuing certificates to ZUS for retirement purposes)

     

    Student Service Centre is a medium of communication between a student and the Faculty authorities, that is why it is sometimes called Dean`s Office (incorrectly) or Students` Office for short. Here you can:

    • Ask questions about your studies, timetables
    • Pick up your Student Card
    • Pick up your login and password to the University On-line System (USOS)
    • Sign the agreement with the University of Lodz
    • Make changes to your timetables (written application) but only within two first weeks of a given semester
    • Temporarily withdraw your prior learning documentation to complete translation / recognition process


    Service for full-time students of the following majors:

    • Economics in English (Bachelor`s Studies, I cycle)
    • Economics in English (Master`s Studies, II cycle)

    The applications may be submitted directly in COS (room D4) or to the letterbox or sent by post.
    The letterbox is located next to the room D4. It is available from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 20:00. The application must be packed in a signed and sealed envelope.
