Dr Anna Wiśniewska-Grabarczyk on the Editorial Board of an International Periodical

We are happy to announce that Dr Anna Wiśniewska-Grabarczyk, a researcher from the Institute of Polish Philology and Logopaedics at the University of Lodz, has joined the editorial team of the journal "Children's Literature: Interdisciplinary Discourse", thus strengthening the interdisciplinary and intercultural dimension of this scientific initiative.

The journal is published by the Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University and focuses on broadly defined research on children's and young adult literature. The editorial team includes specialists from the Czech Republic, Croatia, Poland and Ukraine, fostering the exchange of experiences and research perspectives on an international scale.

“Children's Literature: Interdisciplinary Discourse” provides a publishing platform for scholars from around the world. The journal publishes articles in both English and national languages, preserving linguistic diversity while fostering a global scholarly discourse.

The journal is interdisciplinary in nature, encompassing topics at the intersection of literary studies, pedagogy, cultural studies and media studies. It focuses on the analysis of texts aimed at young readers and adolescents. Published and planned articles explore both classic and contemporary phenomena in children's literature, taking into account their social, cultural and educational contexts.

The development of such initiatives reflects the growing interest in research on literature for young readers and the need to create international networks of scholarly collaboration. Dr Wiśniewska-Grabarczyk's presence on the editorial team is a significant distinction and confirmation of her scholarly achievements, while also strengthening the international representation of Polish research on children's literature.
