WorkShow
For years, the University of Łódź has been supporting students and graduates in entering the labour market by systematically organising meetings with business, public institutions or NGOs. As Prof Agnieszka Kurczewska, Vice-Rector for Cooperation with the Environment at the University of Łódź, says:
- The next edition of the WorkShow - Industry Job Fair is ahead of us. In view of the dynamically changing situation on the labour market, I believe that cooperation between the university and companies is crucial for the success of our students. Our aim is not only to provide a solid education, but also to prepare them to enter the labour market. That is why, working with local employers, we strive to tailor our educational offer to the real needs of the market and provide students with the opportunity to gain practical experience already during their studies. The WorkShow provides an excellent opportunity for business representatives from various industries to meet, exchange experiences and establish cooperation. I am convinced that thanks to this event, our male and female students will have the opportunity to gain valuable contacts and find attractive employment or internship and apprenticeship offers.
