Welcome Point 2.0 Awaits International Researchers at UniLodz

The University of Lodz consistently focuses on internationalisation, ranking among the leading Polish higher education institutions in this respect. As we aim to provide even stronger support for researchers coming to us from abroad, we are opening a newly arranged Welcome Point – a friendly and easily accessible space designed for both currently employed researchers and those planning to start work at our university.

Opublikowano: 26 June 2026

The Welcome Point is now located on the ground floor of the university’s main building – the Rector’s Office at Narutowicza 68, room 13. Its central location makes it easily accessible for both new employees and visitors to the university.

The space has been designed to provide a comfortable environment for conversations, personalised support and discretion during consultations. It serves as a first point of contact where international researchers can receive assistance with matters related to employment at the University of Lodz, living in Poland and procedures concerning residence legalisation.

In the case of more complex matters, we encourage you to arrange an appointment in advance by sending a message to ihub@uni.lodz.pl. This will allow us to reserve sufficient time for consultation and provide support tailored to individual needs.

Everyone is more than welcome here!

The project is funded by the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA) under the Welcome to Poland Programme (Call 2023).
