16th Scientific Conference MASEP
The 16th Scientific Conference on the Measurement and Assessment of Social and Economic Phenomena (MASEP) will provide a forum for the exchange of views and experiences related to the application of quantitative methods to the assessment of contemporary economic and social issues. This upcoming conference will mark the sixteenth edition of a long-standing series of meetings bringing together researchers and practitioners working on the methodological aspects of today's social and economic challenges, including the performance of economic sectors, economic activity and quality of life.
The Guest Sessions, for the organisation of which we warmly invite proposals, will also be an important element of the event. Hosting a thematic guest session offers a unique opportunity to actively contribute to shaping the directions and areas of scientific discussion conducted within the framework of MASEP 2026. Proposals for Guest Sessions may be submitted via the online application form.
This year's conference focuses on the following themes:
- European countries in the face of the economic and social crisis;
- Sustainable development;
- Innovativeness and competitiveness;
- Artificial Intelligence (AI);
- Labour market and working conditions;
- Population ageing;
- Food economy;
- The tourism sector in the face of environmental and geopolitical challenges.
