Where Should Procurement-Related Matters Be Directed?
If you have previously contacted the Procurement and Purchasing Centre, from 1 October all matters related to procurement and purchasing should be directed to the Public Procurement Team within the Infrastructure, Investment and Procurement Centre.
The change applies to all members of the University of Lodz community who, as part of their activities, make use of support in the area of procurement and purchasing.
The Public Procurement Team will be responsible, among other things, for conducting tender procedures, providing advice on public procurement matters and carrying out tasks related to purchasing and supplies.
What Else Is Changing?
The Infrastructure Maintenance and Development Centre will operate under the new name of the Infrastructure, Investment and Procurement Centre. The new unit will bring together responsibilities related to investments, renovation projects, the maintenance of University of Lodz infrastructure and assets, as well as public procurement.
A new Sports Infrastructure Team will also be established within the structure of the University Dormitories, with responsibility for, among other things, managing and providing access to University of Lodz sports facilities and organising sporting events.

The updated organisational structure, areas of responsibility and contact details will be published on the relevant unit websites after 1 October.
