About us
The Center for Science and Employee Affairs is engaged in:
1. servicing the meetings of the UŁ Commission on Academic Degrees,
2. servicing the meetings of the Faculty Councils,
3. taking care of departmental journals (Acta Universitatis Lodziensis. Folia Oeconomica, Comparative Economic Research),
4. publications of the staff of the Faculty of Economics and Sociology (matters relating to funding of monographs, language corrections, fees for submission of scientific articles in foreign language),
5. preparation of data for the evaluation of the quality of scientific activity (collection of statements of scientific field and discipline, N number, authorizing the demonstration of achievements for the purpose of evaluation,
6. personnel matters, including: employment, position promotions, awards and honors of employees, vacation plans, current personnel matters,
7. scientific promotions: doctoral dissertations, habilitation, professorship proceedings.
