The Center's mission is to meet the needs of state institutions, with particular emphasis on courts and prosecutors' offices, as well as other entities whose needs align with the Center's activities in the area of ​​opinions and expert opinions requiring, among other things, expert opinions.

The Center's responsibilities include:

- initiating, organizing, and coordinating various forms of cooperation in the area of ​​opinions and expert opinions requiring expert opinions and opinions from court experts, including economics, finance, accounting, real estate, and other areas, with courts, prosecutors' offices, businesses, and other universities, academic institutions, other public administration bodies, non-governmental organizations, and institutions whose statutory goals and needs align with the Center's activities,

- and conducting social, scientific, and educational activities within the Center's areas of expertise.
