Who Can Apply?
Doctoral students and postdoctoral researchers professionally affiliated with a higher education institution in Poland.
Participation in the Programme
Participation in the programme includes:
- a research stay at a research institution of the participant’s choice in Germany or France;
- involvement in an international working group established to foster broad cooperation between researchers from Germany, France and Poland.
The programme, which is funded by the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR), aims to develop joint initiatives within the Weimar Triangle through activities including:
- joint research projects;
- networking;
- developing solutions to contemporary challenges with a view to implementing them across Europe and worldwide.
The offer covers the following research areas:
- technologies supporting climate-neutral energy production and mobility, as well as climate protection;
- artificial intelligence, digitalisation and microelectronics;
- security in Europe and the resilience of the science system;
- biotechnology and the medicine of the future;
- challenges, impacts and benefits of new technologies for society.
Registration
Applications may be submitted until 15 October 2026 (Thursday) for candidates choosing France and until 2 November 2026 (Monday) for those who prefer Germany as their destination.
